Executive Chef/Owner

Justin Mylor, a Gallatin County native, grew up around the restaurant business.  From an early age, the inspiration for Jewell's on main influences his love of food His grandmother, Jewell, along with his grandfather, Jack, owned several restaurants over the years in Gallatin County. If Jewell were here now, she would be very proud of her grandson.

Justin started his career in the industry while in college at Western Kentucky University working at the Bowling Green Country Club. He served as sous chef to the Executive Chef Clif Jackson, one of the other influences in his career. After graduating from WKU, with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, he was hired by ARAMARK Higher Education as Executive Chef for Western Kentucky University. Justin was quickly promoted to a Regional Executive Chef for the Southern Region, where he prepared meals for Governors, Senators, College Presidents, and Dignitaries. Justin is a certified Chef De'Cuisine.
