We will be closed Wednesday, November 26th through Sunday, November 30th for Thanksgiving.

Justin Mylor, a Gallatin County native, grew up around the restaurant business. From an early age, the inspiration for Jewell's on main influences his love of food His grandmother, Jewell, along with his grandfather, Jack, owned several restaurants over the years in Gallatin County. If Jewell were here now, she would be very proud of her grandson.
Justin started his career in the industry while in college at
Western Kentucky University working at the Bowling Green Country
Club. He served as sous chef to the Executive Chef Clif Jackson, one of the other
influences in his career. After graduating from WKU, with a degree
in Hotel/Restaurant Management, he was hired by ARAMARK Higher
Education as Executive Chef for Western Kentucky University. Justin
was quickly promoted to a Regional Executive Chef for the Southern
Region, where he prepared meals for Governors, Senators, College
Presidents, and Dignitaries. Justin is a certified Chef De'Cuisine.
